Welcome to Mang’ara Adventures Safari. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking with Mang’ara Adventures Safari, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified on our website.
- Late Payments: Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation by Mang’ara Adventures Safari: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. Any bank charges or fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Travel Insurance
- It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Mang’ara Adventures Safari is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance.
Health and Safety
- Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Safety Measures: Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides at all times. Mang’ara Adventures Safari is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of non-compliance with safety instructions.
Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. Mang’ara Adventures Safari is not liable for any expenses or delays resulting from failure to obtain required documents.
Changes to Itinerary
- Mang’ara Adventures Safari reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability. Any changes will be communicated promptly to clients.
Limitation of Liability
- Service Providers: Mang’ara Adventures Safari acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies). We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers.
- Force Majeure: Mang’ara Adventures Safari is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and pandemics.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability to clients for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
Privacy Policy

Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
